The most important thing on the field is that you feel safe and welcome at the club. USBF has a sporting climate policy, we expect all our members to adhere to the policy. Read it quietly and try to think about it, this is how we all make a safe sporting environment for everyone.

Are you experiencing something that you would like to talk to someone about? We have appointed confidential contact persons within USBF. These persons have a 100% confidentiality obligation and you can approach them in confidence.

Would you rather have someone outside the club? There are also two people in the sports council who are trained to talk to you about reliable things.
